CELBAN
Canadian English Language Benchmark Assessment for Nurses
CELBAN is an assessment tool designed to assess the English language proficiency of internationally educated nurses (IENs) who are applying for licensure in the nursing profession in Canada. CELBAN is an alternative to IELTS for IENs who are dedicated to achieving their aspirations to become nurses in Canada.
This Exam:
- THIS AN OCCUPATION-SPECIFIC LANGUAGE TEST THAT ASSESSES PROFICIENCY WITHIN REAL-WORLD HEALTH CARE SCENARIOS.
- THIS TEST EVALUATES YOUR PROFICIENCY IN LISTENING, WRITING, READING, AND SPEAKING.
- IT IS RECOGNIZED AS PROOF OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY BY ALL CANADIAN NURSING REGULATORS.
- CELBAN ‘DOES NOT’ TEST YOUR MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE OR NURSING COMMUNICATION COMPETENCY.
